Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of building components, fixtures, and systems with precision and professionalism. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential restorations to commercial installations, utilizing a broad skill set in construction-related tasks. The Installer will collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and quality completion of all assignments.

Responsibilities



Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform installations accurately and efficiently. Install flooring, tiles, cabinetry, fixtures, and other building components according to specifications. Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, cutting, and fitting materials. Conduct plumbing and welding tasks as needed for system installations. Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure airtight and watertight finishes. Assist with restoration projects including painting, drywall repair, and surface preparation. Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during installation processes. Maintain a clean work area and ensure tools are properly stored after use.

Experience



Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with hand tools such as drills, saws, hammers, and levels. Knowledge of specialized installation techniques including flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, welding, restoration, or construction painting is a plus. Ability to read technical documents and follow detailed instructions accurately. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to various project requirements. Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.34-$38.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
