Career Opportunity \xe2\x80\x93 Carrier Enterprise Canada Position: Counter/Shipper Reporting to: Sales Center Manager Location: Kingston, ON CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a full-line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. CE has 36 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applications for a Counter/Shipper in our Kingston Sales Centre. The Opportunity

• Ensure that equipment is stored and protected from damage and readily available for shipment
• Handle all shipping and receiving duties, including physical distribution to customers, storage of products within the warehouse and receiving incoming materials and equipment
• Prepare documentation of both incoming and outgoing equipment and parts
• Maintain the warehouse facility in a safe and clean manner
• Provide sales assistance as required and backup sales coverage during absence of team members
• Provide top quality service to our customers
• Handle customer calls and inquiries
• Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves, merchandise and inventory maintenance

What You Offer

• 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 of working experience preferably in the HVACR industry and warehouse logistics
• Previous experience in technical/sales roles
• Certified forklift operator
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented
• Computer literate
• Strong organization skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• Proficiency in e-commerce solutions and environment
• Preference will be given to those who have previous HVACR wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program
