Customer service or sales experience. Energetic, service-oriented person with a knack for finding solutions that satisfy customers. Someone efficient and organized who enjoys physical work as well as connecting with people. Good computer skills.

Here's a typical day:

Counter Responsibilities

When customers come to the counter, greet them in a friendly manner, go find the desired products and process the payment. Answer a wide range of questions, suggest complementary or alternative products as needed. Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them if necessary. Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience, as well as to provide effective marketing. Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.

Warehouse Responsibilities

Highly meticulous in keeping the warehouse tidy, ensuring merchandise is placed in the right location; Ensures orders are filled accurately and on time; Offload trucks, check for missing and damaged merchandise; Receive and verify shipments and place merchandise in stock; Locate related Customer back-orders and advise Customer of their arrival; Place and arrange stock in orderly fashion and re-arrange as required; Maintain the merchandise displays in an attractive manner; Pick and pack goods, and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner; Pack for goods damage free shipment;
