IDN-Canada, a division of IDN Global, is a leading security and door hardware distributor providing security products, access control solutions and more to security professionals across Canada. We are currently seeking candidates for a permanent full-time Counter Sales / Warehouse position to join our Calgary, AB team. This role will be prioritizing warehouse functions with opportunity to grow into sales.





A Day in the Life:


Shipping/receiving orders and transfers Stocking & organizing products Assisting in regular stock counts Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following: loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc. Entering transactions into computer systems Progressing into performing basic order entry, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building customer relationships Assisting customers in person, by phone, and electronically Supporting and working with all other branch personnel

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
