We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our team at our surrey location. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Provide expert advice on product selection based on customer needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales counter. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly. Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset. Knowledge of construction or building products is preferred but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems.
