A leader in the distribution of Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and PVF products, we currently have an opening at our Nepean location for an experienced Counter Sales Clerk.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions Maintain thorough understanding of company products, services and features in order to meet customer needs Promote sales by recommending to customers complementary items, replacements for unavailable items, special or liquidation products.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Able to work in a team environment Able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience using computer software including Microsoft Office products Experience in the plumbing or heating industry (Asset) Highly motivated and enthusiastic Bilingualism would be an asset (English/French)
