Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Associate specializing in Plumbing, HVAC & Waterworks products. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection and provide technical advice.
Responsibilities
Respond and assist customers in a timely manner with their questions and needs, either in person, by phone or e-mail.
Provide technical advice and product information for customers.
Verify items are available for the customer as ordered and scheduled.
Pull and prepare orders for customer pick up or delivery.
Offer help and assistance in the warehouse.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 + years of experience in Plumbing and/or HVAC sales or related field.
Previous experience in sales or customer service in wholesale or distribution is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other sales software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
