Full time availability Monday to Friday during business hours Provide exceptional customer service Answering phone and email inquiries, pricing requests and orders Generate quotations and product delivery dates and follow up Entering customer orders into the company software and picking orders Handle cash, debit, credit card transactions Learn and maintain a basic knowledge of all product lines Offer knowledge on how best to assist customers when choosing appropriate products Provide sales support for outside sales representatives Restock inventory as required and maintain a safe and clean work area Work effectively with other members of the team Various other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:


A minimum of one year of customer service experience Electrical industry experience would be a strong asset Knowledge of electrical products and their applications would be an asset Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Professional, responsible, punctual and reliable Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Able to take direction and solve problems Experience with computer systems Desire to provide excellent customer service High School Diploma required, some post-secondary education would be an asset
