Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Help to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, handling customer orders, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations. Operate the cash register and process transactions efficiently using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space. Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills related to food handling and sanitation practices. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
