Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Counter Help. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our establishment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions. Handle credit card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during food preparation and handling.

Skills

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food safety practices. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment. Pay: $17.20-$21.20 per hour
