We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Sales Counter Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, handling customer inquiries, answering phone calls and emails as well as filing documents. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities and reliability. Pay is negotiable based on experience. This position has opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and invoicing.
Demonstrate product knowledge and provide engaging product demonstrations to enhance customer experience.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, addressing customer questions and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Filing duties.
Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services to customers.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or cashiering roles is preferred.
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Experience with Microsoft word and excel spreadsheets.
A friendly demeanor with a willingness to assist customers.

Pay: $17.85-$31.34 per hour
