Responsibilities of the position

Inform our customers who come to the store and by phone about new products, services and promotions Interact with the customer to determine their needs and conduct the necessary research to meet them Search the electronic catalog and part number update documents to identify parts or sources of replacement parts Participate in follow-up calls (phone calls, etc.) to customers served and solicitation of new customers Explain the features of the equipment and/or part to the customer and demonstrate its operation or installation as needed Explain product warranty and return policy. Always maintain a clean dress code. Apply the safety and prevention rules prescribed by the company. Perform any other relevant job-related tasks

Medical benefits. Work schedule from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and every second Saturday from 8 am to 12:00 Pm.
