Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to their specific needs and goals.
Follow practice operations including scheduling, maintaining records and utilizing practice technology and communication systems.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, psychiatrists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive client care when needed.
Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education, supervision, and consultation to maintain registration and enhance clinical skills.
Establish clear treatment boundaries, informed consent processes, and fee structures while maintaining therapeutic relationships.
Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized counselling plans, and maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Implement outcome measurement tools and track client progress to ensure effective treatment delivery and inform clinical decision-making.
Apply specialized knowledge in relevant therapeutic modalities and work effectively with diverse client populations, including those with complex presentations requiring interdisciplinary understanding.

Pay: $95.00-$120.00 per hour
