We are Sarah Harris & Nicole Fakaua, directors of Relate & Restore Counselling, an emerging and successful private clinical counselling practice with two locations: Kelowna, BC and Vernon, BC!

Alongside our roles as clinical counsellors and supervisors, we are also good friends, mothers, and lifelong learners. As the need for effective mental health care continues to grow, our hope is to nurture a team of culturally competent and trauma informed therapists through our collaborative and supportive work environment. Guided by attachment science, our mission is to provide a safe and secure space to allow each of our team members to meet their professional goals and flourish as therapists.

We are currently looking for warm, enthusiastic, and committed counsellors to join our team in our Kelowna location, with the opportunity to also work from our Vernon location, and to share in our experience of bringing exceptional, compassionate mental health care to the Okanagan community and throughout British Columbia.

Who are we looking for?



RCC/CCC/RSW/RMFT with the ability and passion for working with and serving diverse populations, ages, and issues Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or similar New graduates are warmly accepted. We love new graduates and can offer you the help, expertise, and connections needed to grow (personally and professionally). Also gratefully accepting experienced therapists looking to be a part of a collaborative professional team On-going active registration and in good standing with regulatory body (BCACC, CCPA, BCCSW, CAMFT or equivalent) Specialist counselling training encouraged (EMDR, EFT, Gottman, etc) Highly motivated, disciplined, with excellent work ethic Skilled and emotionally attuned communicator Ambitious, driven, mindful approach to meeting career goals Strong intake, record keeping, and case planning skills Organized, able to work autonomously Trauma informed and culturally competent approaches Good working understanding of Attachment theory and its applications Participates in ongoing professional development and regular Clinical Supervision Willing and open to collaboration with other professionals and practice members

Experience or interest in working with couples or families, or children of all ages

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
