Accountabilities:Liaises with community parole/case management team.
Maintains and updates CRF caseload file information as directed by the Manager: CRF (i.e. Running Interview notes; CSC file documentation).
Attend and provide weekly case management update at weekly case management meetings.
Maintains CRF caseload of 10 + clients and provides assistance, counselling and serving as liaison between client and respective Parole Officer.
Conducts monthly CRF file audits and requests updated information as required from respective sources.
Closes CRF client files as applicable and/or as directed by Manager: CRF.
Must be prepared to participate in upgrading/training at the discretion of the Manager, CRF
Assistance in collection of CSC and In House Urinalysis Program.
Facilitate CRF programs as directed by the CRF Manager.
Performs CRF Intake Counsellor role.
Must have an intimate working knowledge of The Salvation Army ARC and CRF policies and procedures with all actions based on strict adherence to same.
Conscientiously observes the confidential nature of the ARC's service to its clients and all residents of the CRF.
Receives all clients and residents in a professional manner.
Monitors access to and security of the CRF/ARC.
Maintains a calm and secure atmosphere in the residence through a quiet, unobtrusive presence
Conducts regular rounds of the CRF/ARC as described in the CRF guidelines and policies and Procedures.
Conducts CRF bed checks as per CRF guidelines and Policies and Procedures.
Conducts and regularly monitors sign in/out of CRF clients.
Records pertinent information in the CRF duty log, CAMS and OMS.
Communicates with Victoria Parole, National Monitoring Centre, and Victoria Police as necessary and document situations and circumstances.
Enforces all house rules and CSC conditions to residents.
Properly files all CRF/CSC documents in accordance with Policy & Procedures.
Monitors and records client medications.
May perform other related duties as assigned.

education and experience Qualifications:
Education, Qualification and Certifications:Must possess an undergraduate degree in criminology, psychology, social work or related education.
A minimum of two year's related experience
Experience and Skilled KnowledgeTwo years of related experience
Must understand and reflect the ARC Philosophy, Standards, and Tenets.
Must have knowledge of Offender Management Systems (OMS)
Must possess suitable typing skills, and basic computer literacy
Must be calm in busy and sometimes stressful situations.
Must be well organized.
Must be presentable in appearance in accordance with ARC standards.
Must possess a valid class 4 Driver's License.
Must possess and maintain an active valid First AidC.P.R. certificate.
Must have effective oral and communication skills.
Must have the ability to understand and be sensitive to cultural differences.
Position subject to personnel screening request & authorization by Correctional Services of Canada.

Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $29.72 to $30.22 with a maximum of $30.72.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
