Interview clients to obtain employment history, educational background and career goals Assess need for assistance such as rehabilitation, financial aid or further training and refer clients to the appropriate services Administer and interpret tests designed to determine the interests, aptitudes and abilities of clients Counsel clients, provide therapy and mediation services, and facilitate group sessions Liaise with community agencies or partners, and identify additional or alternative services and provide referralsSecurity and safety
