Partner with
Engineering, SQE, and Supply Chain
to understand technical specifications and manufacturability.
Analyze
manufacturing operations
(cycle time, material usage, overheads, labor, machine rates).
Identify
cost drivers
and recommend productivity, VA/VE, or design-for-manufacturing (DFM) improvements.
Support RFQ processes by benchmarking quotations with global cost data.
Collaborate with suppliers to understand capabilities and validate assumptions.
Present cost findings to leadership and support negotiations with data-backed insights.
Maintain and update
costing databases, tools, templates, and parametric models

Ensure compliance with Customer sourcing standards, quality processes, and engineering drawings.
