OverviewReporting to the Business Process & Controls Manager the Cost & Financial System Analyst is responsible for set-up and maintaining projects, all affiliated cost elements and associated master data in the IFS accounting system. This role is also responsible for reporting system issues, gaps in process, possible efficiency gains, enhancement testing and providing probable causes and possible solutions. This role involves a significant amount of communication and interaction with mostly internal customers, and will find themselves working together with most other support groups within the company.What you will be doing?

  • Establish strong working relationships with Operations and Finance stakeholders
  • Proficient in IFS - work closely with Finance and IT to understand internal system configuration and provide input for enhancement
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Systems team, Finance and Operations
  • Key contributor to determining and documenting Flint\xe2\x80\x99s standardized practices
  • Set up and Maintain Projects in IFS while following our standard business practices
  • Identify and address any gaps in our practices
  • Increase efficiencies where possible
  • Monitor project setup to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Maintain standardized customer/project lists and forms

  • 4+ years of prior working experience with IFS or other full-function enterprise class ERP/MRP system; high degree of proficiency with MS Office applications
  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field
