Context:
The ideal candidate will handle procurement for the project, assist the project manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling budgets, and coordinate and prepare client billing.
Missions/Main Duties:
Manage project procurement, including supplier quotes, approvals, and purchase orders, while tracking received and pending orders.
Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and control, including timesheet review, progress analysis, variance reporting, and risk mitigation.
Prepare and integrate budget revisions, coordinate monthly financial procedures, and handle client billing, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Follow up on accounts receivable and supplier invoice payments.
