Job Summary


Our company, operating in the green space maintenance sector, is looking for a

candidate to join our team at our Ayr (Ontario) office

in the role of:

Cost Controller & Logistics & Supplier Assistant



The successful candidate will work with the administrative and logistics team to control costs, manage suppliers, and support operational and financial reporting activities

Responsibilities



Monitoring and analysis of company costs; Supporting budget planning and control; Management of logistics flows and supplier relations; Preparation of periodic reports and data analysis; Collaboration with the Italian headquarters to ensure alignment with company procedures and processes.

Requirements



Excellent knowledge and proven experience in using

Microsoft Excel

; Good organizational and analytical skills; Basic knowledge of logistics and supplier management processes; Willingness to

travel to Italy for a period of no less than 30 days

, at the parent company's headquarters for a training period (at the company's expense); Good knowledge of English and better also if it's possibile Italian.
This position provides valuable experience in both logistics coordination and financial management, ideal for candidates seeking to develop their skills in these areas within a professional setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
