Role Overview:



As a

Cosmetic Territory Sales Representative

, you'll work as a trusted partner for our clients, visiting stores across your territory to provide hands-on support, drive sales growth, and ensure the brand is represented to the highest standards. Your work will directly contribute to the success of both the stores you support and the beauty brands we represent.

What We're Looking For:



Experience:

5+ years in a outside sales territory representative role - cosmetic experience is an asset. A proven history of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships is essential.

Goal-Driven & Results-Oriented:

You are passionate about delivering results. Whether you're setting sales goals, driving new business, or building in-store promotions, you're focused on achieving growth.

Detail-Oriented:

You're organized and can manage multiple tasks without missing a beat--ensuring proper product placement, stock management, and reporting while maintaining high standards.

Creative & Professional:

You have a knack for creating impactful in-store experiences and visual displays, but you also know how to maintain a polished, professional presence with clients and store staff.

Self-Motivated & Mobile:

You thrive when working independently and enjoy being on the move. This is a role for someone who loves being on the road, building relationships, and making an impact in stores.

Relationship Builder:

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you know how to foster long-lasting, collaborative relationships with store managers, buyers, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Growth & Target Achievement:

Work closely with our clients to execute strategies that drive sales and consistently hit or exceed quarterly targets within your assigned territory.

Store Support & Training:

Provide ongoing support to retailers, including training staff on product knowledge, ensuring optimal product displays, and helping boost sales through in-store events or promotions.

Brand Representation:

Serve as the face of the brand in-store, ensuring all aspects of visual merchandising, stock management, and promotional efforts meet our client's standards.

Market Insight & Reporting:

Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and report back to our agency and clients on insights, challenges, and opportunities in the territory.

Travel:

You are a road warrior and love singing along with the tunes in traffic - no matter who's looking! You will be on the road daily and maintaining a consistent call cycle with stores within your assigned territory. A love for travel and a self-sufficient work style are key to this role.
