Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Assessing skin aging or other skin-related problems
\xc2\xb7 Administering Botox injections, chemical peels, dermal filters and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures (ie. Thread lifts/laser procedures/chemical peels/PRP)
\xc2\xb7 Performing pre and post-operative care
\xc2\xb7 Educating patients on treatments and procedures including what to expect before and after; Performing pre-operative and post-operative care;
\xc2\xb7 Interviewing and before providing services;
\xc2\xb7 Performing skin examinations/assessments
\xc2\xb7 Consulting with, screening, and scheduling patients
\xc2\xb7 Assisting the Physician or Surgeon during various cosmetic surgeries and procedures
\xc2\xb7 Monitoring patients during the procedure; and
\xc2\xb7 Staying up-to-date with the most recent cosmetic injections research, trends, techniques and tools (new procedures and protocols)
\xc2\xb7 Preparing treatment rooms
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000/year depending on education, skills & experience
Schedule:
\xc2\xb7 Work Hours: 5 days a week, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Saturday, 9 AM \xe2\x80\x93 5PM plus some evenings.
Location: Saskatoon
Experience:
\xc2\xb7 Botox & Fillers injection: 3+ years (required)
\xc2\xb7 Nursing: 2 years (required)
License/Certification:
\xc2\xb7 RN (required)
\xc2\xb7 Botox/Filler training (required)
\xc2\xb7 ACLS
