We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and sales-driven Cosmetic Consultant to join our cosmetic dermatology team. This role is perfect for someone who loves skin health, aesthetics, and patient care while thriving in a collaborative, fun, and professional environment. As a Cosmetic Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for patients exploring cosmetic treatments, guiding them through skincare options, injectable fillers, neurotoxins, and laser therapies.
You will combine expert product and treatment knowledge with a warm, approachable demeanor to educate patients, build trust, and confidently recommend personalized treatment plans. Your success will be measured by patient satisfaction, retention, and your ability to meet sales and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultation & Education
Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients, discussing their skincare concerns and aesthetic goals.
Educate patients on available treatments including medical-grade skincare, injectables (fillers & neurotoxins), and laser/energy-based therapies.
Explain treatment benefits, expected results, downtime, and aftercare in an approachable, easy-to-understand way.
Treatment Planning & Sales
Develop customized treatment plans based on individual skin needs and patient goals.
Confidently recommend and upsell appropriate skincare products and services to maximize results.
Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring patients feel supported and never pressured.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with dermatologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Act as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring patient expectations are understood and met.
Contribute to a positive, uplifting, and professional clinic culture.
Clinic & Brand Representation
Stay current on industry trends, new products, and technologies in aesthetic dermatology.
Represent the clinic's values by providing compassionate, professional, and results-driven service.
Participate in promotional events, open houses, and patient education seminars.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong background in skincare, aesthetics, or cosmetic dermatology (consulting or sales experience preferred).
Proven sales success with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable personality.
Passion for skin health, aesthetics, and patient care.
Ability to explain technical and medical information in simple, relatable terms.
