We're looking for a friendly, organized team member who can handle receptionist and medical office assistant duties, as well as retail sales. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and customers, delivering exceptional service while managing a busy front desk. In this role, you'll support smooth communication between patients and our clinical team, coordinate appointments, maintain electronic medical records, and assist with general inquiries and sales.
Responsibilities
Warmly welcome patients and visitors to create a positive first impression
Oversee front desk operations: answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments
Respond to existing and new lead inquiries via phone call, email and SMS promptly and professionally
Accurately maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and CRM tools
Address questions about services, insurance, and office policies
Assist patients with required forms and documentation
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
Work closely with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and care
Support retail sales, including product recommendations and checkout
Requirements
Previous experience in a medical or dental office is preferred
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and CRM tools
Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in administrative tasks: data entry, filing, and correspondence
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, collaborative team player
Retail or point-of-sale experience is a plus
Required to work weekdays and weekends; schedule may include a Saturday or Sunday shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
