Innovation Dermatology is expanding our cosmetic team! We are seeking a personable, organized, and treatment-savvy

Client Care Coordinator

to support our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about cosmetic dermatology, skincare, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

As a Client Care Coordinator on the cosmetic side of Innovation Dermatology, you will be the welcoming face and knowledgeable guide for our aesthetic clients. You will play a key role in client education, treatment coordination, and supporting our providers. This position blends customer service, cosmetic treatment knowledge, and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Education

Greet cosmetic clients and provide a warm, professional first impression. Become highly familiar with our full range of cosmetic treatments (injectables, laser therapies, skin rejuvenation, cosmetic surgeries, etc.) Suggest appropriate cosmetic services based on client concerns, goals, and provider recommendations. Provide skincare routine guidance and product recommendations with confidence and accuracy. Deliver clear pre- and post-care instructions for all cosmetic procedures.

Communication & Follow-up

Perform client follow-up calls after procedures to ensure satisfaction and address questions. Conduct re-call outreach for clients due for follow-ups, maintenance treatments, or missed appointments. Handle inbound phone calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Administrative & Scheduling Support

Book, reschedule, and confirm cosmetic appointments. Ensure client charts are thoroughly documented and organized. Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately. Assist with daily flow of cosmetic treatments to keep the schedule efficient.

Clinical Support

Set up and prepare rooms for cosmetic procedures as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace. Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, medical spa, or a similar client-facing healthcare role is an asset. Strong interest in skincare and cosmetic procedures; willingness to learn in depth. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, polished, and confident in client-facing conversations. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and payment processing. Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
