Crown Packaging is an integrated manufacturer and marketer of corrugated cartons and sheets, printed paper wraps, and wallboard tape.

Due to many retirements and market growth, we currently have 3 full-time positions open for Corrugator Production Workers and we are looking for amazing, skilled new people to join us.
Benefits:
- Competitive wages start at $26.31 per hour. Increases every 6 months for the first 12 months, with additional annual increases:
- After 6 months wage increases to +$29.60 per hour.
- After 12 months wage increased to +$ 32.89 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely, and skillfully performing a wide range of responsibilities supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes and sheets.
- Tending to corrugated box and sheet-making equipment while focusing on safety, quality, and production requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Background in a manufacturing environment, skilled trade, general labor or in a fast-paced industry.
- Elevated mechanical aptitude level.
- Ability to reach:
- reach 6 ft.
- lift up to 40 or more pounds.
- climb steps.
An organized problem solver, able to prioritize.
- Adaptable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Rotation shift (day, graveyard, and afternoon) required.
