About us

Our company is looking to hire a full-time lawyer as corporate counsel. We have corporate offices in Scarborough and Mississauga. A professional office room and access to a board room will be assigned to the new lawyer. They operate in various business lines in Canada and outside Canada. They wish to have the lawyer help with some Human Rights and Litigation files for mutual interest. Lawyer will be required to go on record. Some files may require appeal. We do have senior lawyers who are willing to guide. They must be a lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario. Work hours and being in office is flexible.

We are looking for a Lawyer (licensed with the Law Society of Ontario) to join our team. Some current ongoing litigation work exist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, analysis, and writing, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the legal system. The lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We are flexible to hire a someone full time or someone on a part time basis. Hours and salary would be proportional. We offer a professional location of work in a office with many other lawyers. Our current office is located within the law office of Faisal Kutty 80 Corporate Dr. Scarborough ON. We also have a Mississauga office. Candidates do not have to have a background in halal/Islamic finance but open to learning more and helping a disadvantaged community. You can view our website at www.Tjara.ca. Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents, such as wills, trusts, contracts, and pleadings. Advise clients on legal matters and represent them in court. Research legal issues and develop strategies to resolve them. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsels. Analyze complex legal documents and cases. Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of topics.

Pay: $2,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
