A national firm is looking for a corporate/commercial lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their leading team. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including supplier and distribution agreements, and exposure to advertising and marketing matters would be considered an asset.
