ABOUT THE POSITION
Working in the corporate/commercial space you will be expected to independently carry files with support from the head Partner. A great opportunity to hone your business development skills and build upon your existing practice.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law
- Experience with shareholder agreements, M&A, corporate restructuring
- Experience in wills & estates, real estate, and/or employment is a strong asset
- Book of business is a strong asset
- Ability to carry files independently
- Business development experience or willingness to learn
- Technical prowess and sales oriented
