Corporate Training Coordinator

Job Description

Kent Building Supplies is seeking a strong candidate to fill an immediate opening for a Corporate Training Coordinator based at our Training facilities in Moncton, NB. This on-site role will play a key part in supporting Training & Development initiatives across our organization.



Overview



The Corporate Training Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources and Operations teams to ensure effective delivery of training programs. The primary responsibilities include:


Coordinating and executing program logistics for training events Organizing necessary materials for training sessions Providing administrative support to the Training & Development team Collaborating with key stakeholders to plan and deliver training Scheduling training events and managing associated calendars Booking travel arrangements for training participants Arranging catering services for training events Billing affiliate businesses that rent the training facilities Maintaining the condition and readiness of training facilities.

Learning Management System Support



The role includes supporting the Enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) for the Retail division. The Coordinator will work closely with HR and Safety teams to ensure that person records are accurate and align with system requirements across the Enterprise.


Corporate Training Expense Management



Responsibilities will also involve managing corporate training expenses, which includes tracking expenditures, managing budgets, and processing payments to vendors.



Previous experience in an administrative support role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Strong aptitude for software and systems; prior experience with learning management systems is an asset. Ability to multitask while managing routine work and deadlines with a high attention to detail.
