Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions (ILT, ILO, FMAT) on .NET technologies including: .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Blazor, WPF, WCF. Design and develop customized training materials, hands-on labs, and assessments. Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as required to ensure content relevance. Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in the Microsoft ecosystem. Support learners through query resolution, mentoring, and project guidance. Collaborate with curriculum development teams to enhance learning programs. Continuously improve instructional delivery using feedback and new learning strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Blazor, and .NET Framework. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions. Ability to create structured and engaging learning experiences for corporate professionals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.

Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
