Prepare and file tax returns for corporations across various industries.
Review tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.
Analyze accounting data for tax purposes and research tax issues.
Provide guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on tax matters.
Mentor junior staff and assist with tax planning strategies.
Serve as the main contact for income tax reporting and audits.
Collaborate with auditors and internal controls department for compliance.
Maintain accurate tax attribute calculations and documentation.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in business, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA or CA designation is required.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate income tax.
Strong knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations, with experience in tax planning and compliance.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Excel.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Enrolment or completion of CICA in-depth income tax courses is an asset.
Employment DetailsSalary: $80.000 - $100.000
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent, Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
