Reporting to the Manager, Central Support, this position will be responsible to assist with the clean-up of paper records stored in Regina, by preparing them for destruction or adding them to the SCIC imaging system.
Sorting contents of boxes into two categories - those that need to be scanned and/or added to the imaging system, and those that have reached their destruction date.
Prepare, scan and image files that have not met their destruction date.
Files that have been scanned/imaged or approved for destruction will be placed in blue bins for shredding.
Assist in the processing of daily incoming and outgoing mail and corporate recycling.
Assist in the processing of weekly cheque runs and preparing for outgoing mail.
Qualifications:
The knowledge and skills required for this position are acquired through completion of a Grade 12 education. Other qualifications include:

The successful candidate must possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the province, present a work ethic supporting our corporate values and Saskatchewan agriculture and should the successful candidate participate in the Crop Insurance or AgriStability Programs, their account must be in good standing.
