Description :Make an impact with our Corporate Services team as an Administrator. This diverse team of professionals hosts clients\xe2\x80\x99 minute books on a secure digital platform, making corporate records accessible whenever clients need them. As a trusted advisor, you\xe2\x80\x99ll deliver corporate record-keeping compliance services ranging from incorporating new entities to preparing routine annual forms, such as dividend resolutions.MNP is proudly Canadian.   • Provide support to Corporate Services team on a range of corporate record keeping compliance related services, including documenting corporate actions in company minute books
  • Coordinate with external counsel, as necessary
  • Work within white-label virtual corporate records platform
  • Assist with development and delivery of training for other Corporate Services Administrators
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes in support of compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Execute Corporate Services in accordance with MNP\xe2\x80\x99s precise processes, corresponding with clients, partners and other stakeholders to gather required information and report on results
  • Record billable and non-billable time; responsible for invoicing, including disbursements
  • Enter, review and maintain client account and contact information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Manage deadlines with diarization and review work requirements with management and team
  • Manage the flow of work to specific team members (i.e., document for review/signature)
  • Monitor compliance of firm practices and procedures internally
Skills and Experience
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Understanding of corporate record keeping, including minute books
  • Experience with legal entity management software is considered an asset
  • Bilingualism French and English is a must.
