Position Summary:



Reporting to the Director of Service, the Corporate Service Administrator is responsible for providing support for our service division. This position is suitable for a candidate who is organized with strong computer skills, specifically in excel and previous experience in a repair shop.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Provide monthly reporting and status updates Track, audit and follow up to ensure compliance on tasks and deadlines Communicate service programs and specials Communicate with customers to educate and promote our service care division Filing & Records organization Administer service contracts and maintenance programs Monitor and maintain customer database Monitor and maintain service operation codes Monitor vendor service performance indicators Various other duties and projects as assigned Communicate in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What you need:



Previous administration experience is required. Previous administrative experience in a repair shop or dealership is an asset Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 is required Organized with attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills; both written & verbal Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills Able to work well both independently and with others Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and introduction of new tasks Experience with operating systems such as CDK is an asset
