We are currently hiring for a full time Commercial Security Supervisor in Regina, Saskatchewan!What we offer:

• Pay Rate $17.23/hr
• Be able to work permanent schedule Monday-Friday 0700-1500

What does a Security Supervisor in Regina do?

• Control and Manage shifts (Supervise and Manage Schedules)
• Appropriate direction given to the guard staff(Provide On the job training and coaching)
• Ensure all shift duties are completed
• Review all Incident reports for accuracy and thoroughness
• Ensure appropriate follow-up is initiated regarding incidents and site security concern
• Identify training needs or requirements (self/others)
• Perform ongoing performance reviews
• Maintain security records
• Perform Security Desk Duties
• Perform other such duties as directed by the client
• Trained on handling of the following areas: Fire, Police, and building evacuation.
• Perform site scheduling duties
• Document work deficiencies and assist/plan improvement initiatives
• Inspect the site for Health and Safety compliance.
• To complete monthly reports

Qualifications to become a Security Supervisor in Regina

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year as a Security Supervisor
• First Aid Level C CPR and AED
• Saskatchewan Security Guard License Training Certificate (we can help you get this)
• Clean criminal background check
• Strong computer skills.
• Pass a Drug and Alcohol test
• Customer service oriented.
• Must be able to stand and sit for a long period of time.
• Steel toe boots required
• Ability to work in a stressful environment if incidents occur.
