As a Tactical Security Guard, you will monitor CCTV Cameras and conduct regular preventive surveillance rounds with an assigned mobile device at one of our largest clients' sites.

Responsibilities for a Tactical Security Guard

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property.
• Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports on mobile device
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Monitor on-site cameras and CCTV.
• Conduct regular preventive surveillance rounds with assigned mobile device.
• Deter criminal activity by maintaining visible presence and adhering to security procedures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for a Tactical Security Guard

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Great attention to details
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a positive customer experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Tactical experience is highly valued and essential for this role
• Clean criminal background check
• Saskatchewan Security Guard Training Certificate (we can assist in obtaining this)
• Standard First Aid Level 'C' certification is an asset
