Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Corporate Sales Associate
to lead the charge in building our presence in the corporate sector. This contract, commission-based role is ideal for a confident, self-motivated individual who thrives in luxury and B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new business relationships with offices, hotels, restaurants, real estate firms, and other professional service providers who value premium floral design.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, emails, walk-ins, and networking.
Pitch floral services for weekly office arrangements, hotel/restaurant florals, seasonal installations, corporate gifting, and branded floral moments.
Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at local and regional businesses.
Customize proposals and quotes that reflect the unique needs and aesthetic of each client.
Assist in developing the corporate sales strategy and client onboarding process.
Collaborate with our design team to align sales goals with creative capabilities.
Maintain CRM records of outreach, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Who You Are:
A polished and professional communicator with a background in luxury, hospitality or corporate sales.
Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-building in person, over the phone, and via email.
Organized, self-disciplined, and goal-driven -- you take initiative and follow through.
Creative and strategic -- you see opportunities others miss and help shape the sales approach.
Passionate about design, aesthetics, and the value of exceptional experiences.
Experienced in working independently as a contractor or consultant.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in B2B or luxury goods sales (hospitality, design, real estate, etc. a plus).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Understanding of CRM tools and a strong grasp of sales processes.
Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license.
