Key Responsibilities

Process customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Learn Canadian incorporation regulations for all jurisdictions (training provided) Guide customers through products and business format options Enter orders in CRM systems and verify payment details Call customers regarding relevant supplementary products Submit documentation through government portals Build client relationships to enhance retention Support documentation and business development teams Handle general office duties as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree Minimum 1 year customer service experience in Canada Fluent English communication skills Proficiency with office software including Gmail, Google Drive, Internet browsers, Windows OS, messaging apps, MS Office Suite and Google Productivity Suite Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude, patience with customers, and adaptability Commitment to continuous learning of government procedures Must be able to relocate to Edmonton before starting work

Preferred Qualifications

Registry, call center or retail experience CRM systems familiarity French language skills

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7AM-6PM Occasional weekend work as needed
