Geotab is seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager who will be at the forefront of our growth journey, responsible for creating and executing dynamic marketing campaign strategies that align with our business objectives, strategic pillars, and Level 1 product development lifecycles. You\'ll lead the charge in developing compelling corporate GTM materials, collaborating closely with segment and regional teams to enhance our growth trajectory and bolster our global brand visibility. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:



As a Corporate Marketing Manager you will focus on the full marketing funnel, driving conversions, promoting our innovative solutions, and managing demand generation. You\'ll be the quarterback of all lead sources, working hand-in-hand with our sales team to propel our revenue pipeline to new heights.



You\'ll also be a savvy budget manager, continuously optimizing spend, conducting ROI analysis, and tracking key performance metrics against KPAs. Your adaptability will shine as you navigate diverse projects and deadlines in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

How you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact:

    • Partner with Solutions marketing, Product Management, Segment Marketing, Channel marketing, and Regional marketing to develop a strong command of sales pipeline, strategic business objectives, revenue targets, product roadmap and overall impact of the corporate marketing strategy, and budgets.
    • Identify corporate horizontal marketing strategies and establish long term (1 to 3 years) marketing objectives along with short term (Quarterly) tactics e.g. Safety, Data Intelligence etc.
    • Develop integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with internal teams to successfully execute program activity including advertising planning (media, creative and content), PR, product launches, events, and reseller/channel campaigns.
    • For Level 1 Product/Solution Development Lifecycles, lead the corporate marketing deliverables in the GTM process integrating at the segment level to achieve business objectives and track against KPAs and establish go-forward actions, including opportunities to exploit and counter measures to deploy.
    • Become a subject matter expert within the marketing organization on corporate horizonals.
    • Stay current with the competitive/market landscape to actively address customer pain-points and differentiate Geotab in the marketplace.
    • Maintain Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and continuously develop buyer personas/committees to inform campaign/content strategy at the segment and targeted account level.
    • Lead, collaborate and guide agencies, vendors and other internal departments so that segment marketing objectives can be met effectively.
    • Work with Marketing Automation and Sales Operations teams to develop digital nurturing campaigns optimizing marketing qualification methodology for pass-thru of leads to resellers/channel partners.
    • Against KPAs, continuously monitor and analyze metrics associated with campaigns to inform future marketing plans and diversity of programs based on what\'s working/isn\xe2\x80\x99t, budget management, marketing ROI analysis and performance tracking and optimization.
    • Be an engine for evolution and positive change by focusing on continuous skills development, and identifying/ improving marketing processes and tools.


What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to this role:

    • 5-8 years experience in integrated marketing campaign strategy, identifying target segments and audiences to deliver business growth.
    • Previous experience in telematics/connected transportation solutions, IoT, or comparable industry, and B2B IT or software industry marketing is an asset.
    • Demonstrated marketing strategy development and execution with measurable outcomes and data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making.
    • Proficient in account-based marketing (ABM) and persona targeting high value prospects with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase or Zoominfo preferred.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration.
    • Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
    • Understanding of agile marketing is considered an asset.
    • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
    • Technical competence using workflow tools (WRIKE, Jira), software and CRM programs, AI tools e.g. Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Chat GPT, Duet AI in Google Cloud.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Ability to travel internationally.
