PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Academy for People and Business Transformation provides an extraordinary career start for graduates who want to drive SAP\'s transformation into an intelligent, sustainable enterprise. As an academy participant, you will help execute and rethink internal processes, strategies and systems.

The SAP Academy for People and Business Transformation is comprised of three different profiles: Strategy & Operations, HR, and Data & Technology (not available in the US for the 2024 cohort). Combining the three profiles under the umbrella of one Academy program ensures that each cohort can contribute to the transformation into tomorrow\'s SAP. No matter what profile you start with, you will have the possibility to explore different fields during the program. You will join teams that transform key business processes and constantly enrich our employee experience. Rotation teams include but are not limited to: Learning & Development, Future of Work, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Analytics, Intelligent Enterprise Solutions, Corporate Transformation and many more.

ROTATIONAL ACADEMY PROGRAM

During the 12-month academy program, we offer you three rotations to find out or confirm where your passion lies, explore exciting new areas outside of your study focus, and gain insights into different teams that focus on driving SAP\'s transformation.

Throughout the year we place a strong focus on your constant development and provide you with targeted learning offerings as well as a dedicated mentor. We offer an environment in which the academy participants can connect, learn from each other and form strong relationships. After successful completion of the program, you have the opportunity to find a permanent opportunity matching your skills and interests.

EXPECTATIONS

We are looking for Early Career Talents with the following mindset:

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Master\'s degree in business administration, business management or a related field is preferred. Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is required (degree program must be complete prior to May 1st 2024).

Successful completion of an SAP iXp Internship is required.

Passion for and experience in an IT or similar business with either strategy or operations focus, e.g., as intern or working student, ideally in an international environment.

Ability to analyze and understand internal customer requirements and help to execute transformation topics.

Experience with project management and eagerness to find new ways to simplify processes.

Apply solid interpersonal communication skills with stakeholders, internal customers and peers.

Fluency in English is required.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 52,200 - 88,800 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
