Park Hyatt Sydney is looking for our future leaders! The Corporate Leadership Training Program is designed for graduates with potential to become an integral member of our leadership team.

About this role:

The 12-18 month program, which sets a challenging schedule for the Trainee, is based on two phases:

• Exposure in various departments of the hotel
• An intensive period of training focusing on a specific Division

The training includes both hands-on practical experience as well as opportunities for the Trainee to develop leadership behaviours and skills in a variety of learning environments.

During the program period we offer:

• Individually customized personal learning plan
• Intensive training in agreed area of specialization
• Exposure in various departments by rotations
• Team leading tasks and management project assignments
• Sharing, advice, and feedback from your Coaches and Mentor

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

• Degree level graduates who have a qualification in hotel management, business management or equivalent;
• Some relevant industry experience and/or successful industry placements in high-quality establishments;
• Fluency in one additional language other than a high proficiency in spoken and written English

• Only permanent residents or citizens of Australia will be considered for this program
• This position will be commenced from February 2023.
