What's the job:




The role of the Corporate Finance Analyst is to play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and driving strategic initiatives for TFG Financial Corporation.

What you'll be doing:



Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis and reporting Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact our business

What you bring:



A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a results-oriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (i.e. Tableau) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and concise presentations Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
