Position Summary:

As a Corporate Event Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of corporate events, meetings, and private functions. Your experience in food & beverage service, bartending, and banquet operations will be key to ensuring each event exceeds client expectations and runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute a variety of corporate and social events, from initial booking to final breakdown Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the event lifecycle Coordinate with vendors, bar, and service teams to deliver high-quality experiences Oversee setup and breakdown of banquet rooms and event spaces Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and health regulations Train and lead banquet and service staff during events Corporate Sales Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through events, and partnerships. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, and vendors to maximize engagement and repeat business. Budget & Revenue Management: Develop event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability through strategic sales initiatives. Marketing & Promotion: Marketing experience or skills to create promotional campaigns that enhance event visibility and attract corporate participation. On-Site Coordination: Oversee event logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Performance Reporting: Analyze event outcomes, prepare post-event reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in event coordination or banquet management Background in food & beverage service and bartending Ability to lift and move banquet equipment as needed Flexible schedule -- must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with POS systems and event management tools a plus
