Position: Corporate Cook

This is a full time, on-site position at a modern tech company in Kanata. The ability to commute to work is essential.

Schedule:

Standard hours of work are Monday to Friday, between 40 to 44 hours per week from 6am - 3pm.

This role requires a strong understanding of culinary techniques, food presentation, and kitchen operations. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced modern tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Contribute to menu planning, development, put forward creative ideas for dishes. Assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a seamless workflow. Handle food storage, preparation, and waste management according to guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a culinary role in a high-volume kitchen. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail in food presentation. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
