Role Overview:

We're looking for a

Corporate Controller

to join our finance leadership team. Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will be responsible for leading the full-cycle accounting function, managing external reporting and audit relationships, and delivering insightful KPI and management reporting across a multi-company structure. The successful candidate will oversee a growing team of 3+ accounting professionals and play a key role in supporting strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle accounting across a multi-entity environment Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes Manage external financial reporting and liaise with auditors and tax advisors Prepare and deliver KPI, variance, and management reports for senior leadership Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance and compliance with accounting standards Act as a key stakeholder in upcoming ERP implementation (currently using QuickBooks) Mentor and lead a growing team of accounting professionals Support due diligence processes and financial analysis for strategic initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial reporting and operational insights

What You Offer:

CPA designation required 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility Experience in a

multi-company environment

is essential Strong consolidation experience across multiple entities and jurisdictions Advanced Excel skills; intermediate Power BI proficiency Experience with QuickBooks; familiarity with ERP transition processes is an asset Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Nice to Have:

Experience in franchise operations or systems Knowledge of U.S. accounting and payroll practices Exposure to acquisition due diligence and integration

Competitive Yearly Salary:

$110,000 - $120,000
