The Opportunity

We are seeking acorporate controller to formalize and elevate our in-house accounting function. The successful candidate will work closely with operations and leadership to bring rigor, discipline, and insight to financial reporting, forecasting, and controls. The longer-term vision for chosen candidate will be to grow in a broader role across Strive Global Holdings' group of companies as the group expands through acquisitions (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

? Own the

monthly accounting cycle

, including general ledger entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close under

GAAP/ASPE

.

? Manage AR, AP, payroll, and treasury activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper segregation of duties.

? Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in collaboration with operations and leadership.

? Assist in designing and implementing accounting processes, internal controls, and workflow improvements.

? Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making.

? Engage with ERP/accounting system functionalities and contribute to enhancements or automation projects.

? Partner with operations to track project-level costs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

? Provide expertise and input into future financial growth of the company.

Qualifications

? CPA designation (or active CPA candidate status).

? 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or project-based environment.

? Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting under

GAAP/ASPE

? Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar, experience with

Global Shop considered an asse

t).

? Effective analytical and communication skills, with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
