About the Role:

• Crafting Engaging Content: Use your exceptional writing skills to create content that captivates, informs, and inspires diverse audiences.
• Strategic Communication: Assess situations, devise innovative strategies, and provide expert advice that drives our communication objectives forward.
• Adaptability: Seamlessly switch writing styles to reach diverse audiences, ensuring our message is clear, engaging, and impactful.
• Connecting People: Proactively identify opportunities to raise awareness of city activities, programs, and service within the community.

Qualifications:

• A four-year degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• Three years of related experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
• Possess and maintain a valid Alberta Class 5 Driver\'s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Equivalent combinations of management-approved training and experience may be considered.
