The team:

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized and has strong research and writing skills to join our growing Corporate Communications and PR team. The candidate for this job is a team player who welcomes collaboration, is resourceful, and is looking for a flexible work environment in an industry-leading high-tech company. Equal parts creative, administrative, and coordinating, you will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications and PR and support a variety of external and internal communications projects.

What your day will look like:

The Corporate Communications Coordinator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Internal Communications

  • Work with the Internal Communications Manager to write, edit, and produce creative and compelling communication materials that resonate with target audiences (including; internal portal, announcements, presentations, Q&A's, digital signage screens, and employee meetings.
  • Support development and organization of employee events and engagement activities.
  • Assist in managing content on the corporate intranet to raise awareness across the organization.
  • Support the advancement of internal and external audience engagement.
External Communications
  • Support large-scale communications programs including product launches, events, and PR campaigns.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with global PR agencies including speaker invitations.
  • Oversee onboarding for new team members and global PR agencies.
  • Maintain and oversee the global PR tracker and media coverage reports.
  • Coordinate updates for the corporate communications sections of the company's website.
  • Assist with the coordination of the external Inf Influencer program (AR/GIR).
  • Research and compile relevant information for content briefs.
Admin
  • Prepare purchase orders, process invoices, and track actuals.
  • Manage research subscriptions, team dashboards, and project tracking tools.
About you:
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and results oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic approach to all tasks, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office365 skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools. Experience with project management and email marketing tools is an asset.
