Experience with
preparation of accounts, billing, and time entry
with solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Other requirements:
Post-secondary educationfrom a recognized Legal Assistant/Paralegal program (equivalent experience may be considered)
Experience with digital document and email filing systems
Keen attention to detail in producing accurate, high-quality work
Effectively adapt and work with changing priorities in a high-volume work environment
Work effectively with corporate paralegals in adhering to legal requirements and processes
Problem-solving skills with a pro-active mindset
Quick learner who is curious and retains knowledge
